How to contact support and attach documents

Use Contact support to start a live chat with a member of our support team. You do not need an account. 1. Enter your name and email, and choose whether you are a candidate or an employer. 2. Add an optional first message describing the issue. 3. Wait in the queue while an agent is assigned. You can keep sending up to five messages while you wait. Supporting documents: use the paperclip button in the chat to attach a PDF, PNG, JPG, DOC, DOCX or TXT file. Each file can be up to 4 MB, and you can attach up to 5 files per chat. Files are visible only to our support staff and are removed automatically after a retention period. Chats may be recorded to improve the service.

Who can see my profile, and how is my account protected?

Who can see my profile: employers see candidates only once they have been verified and matched to a role. Recruiters and administrators can see profiles as part of their work. How your account is protected: passwords are stored hashed, sign-in sessions are short-lived and rotate each time they are renewed, and repeated failed sign-ins are rate limited.

The 3-month retention warranty

After a hire, Pairj tracks the placement and stands behind it with a 3-month retention warranty, because a hire is only done when it lasts. Pairj tracks each placement and stands behind it for the first three months. Your recruiter will go over the terms with you.

Matching and shortlists for employers

Employers post roles with requirements. Verified candidates are matched against them, with knockout checks for must-have requirements, and shortlisted candidates are presented directly. A shortlist shows the profile, the interview score and the recruiter's verdict in one place, so you can decide in a click. Employers see candidates only once they have been verified and matched to a role.

Getting started as an employer

Hire people who are already vetted. Every candidate you see has been interviewed and reviewed by a senior recruiter, so you can skip the resume pile. To get started, choose the employer side and create an account. It takes a few minutes. Then: - Post a role with its requirements. - Candidates are matched automatically, with knockout verification for must-haves. - Review and decide in one place: your open roles and their matches appear in a single dashboard. - Schedule interviews and give feedback without the email chains. Candidates are checked across technical and pressure scenarios before they appear on your shortlist.

Verification and talent tiers

Every candidate on Pairj is interviewed and verified by a human recruiter before an employer sees them. The AI evaluation is the first pass. A senior Pairj recruiter reviews the evidence and decides whether the candidate is verified and at which tier. Every verified candidate sits on one of five tiers, so employers know what they are looking at: - Tier 1: Bronze, building foundations - Tier 2: Silver, reliable with some support - Tier 3: Gold, independent professional - Tier 4: Platinum, strong specialist - Tier 5: Titanium, expert leader Candidates keep growing too: a daily quest, a weekly case and a monthly checkpoint, with badges and levels that follow real practice.

How the screening interview works

The screening interview is a guided interview with questions suited to the candidate's field. It covers role knowledge, communication and how you handle pressure. For example, you may be asked to explain a trade-off in simple words or work through a real scenario from your field. Answers are recorded and transcribed, evaluated by AI, then reviewed by a recruiter. You do not have to repeat the interview for every company. The verified result is reused across the roles you are matched with.

Getting started as a candidate

Interview once. Be seen by many. To get started, choose the candidate side, create an account and upload your resume. Your resume is read by AI for fit, then reviewed by a real recruiter. It is never a black box, and you should not be ghosted. What you get: - A single guided interview, instead of the same questions from every company. - Verified results that open doors: you are presented straight to hiring managers with openings that fit. - Practice questions, feedback on your answers and a personal growth plan to help you improve between interviews. People should not repeat the same screening again and again. One good interview should be enough to be considered widely.

How Pairj works, from sign-up to placement

1. Create a profile. Candidates sign up and upload a resume. Pairj reads it and builds a structured profile of skills, experience and education, which the candidate can review. 2. Take the screening interview, once. A single guided interview covers role knowledge, communication and how the candidate handles pressure. Answers are recorded and transcribed so reviewers can read what was said. 3. A recruiter verifies the result. An AI evaluation is only the first pass. A senior Pairj recruiter reviews the evidence and decides whether the candidate is verified and at which tier. 4. Matching. Employers post roles with requirements. Verified candidates are matched against them, with knockout checks, and shortlisted candidates are presented directly. 5. Placement and follow-through. After a hire, Pairj tracks the placement and stands behind it with a 3-month retention warranty.

What is Pairj?

Pairj is a hiring platform built around one idea: verify a candidate once, thoroughly, and let every employer benefit from it. Traditional hiring makes everyone repeat themselves. Candidates answer the same questions in round after round, and employers sift through resumes they cannot trust. Pairj replaces that with a single structured interview, an AI first pass and a human recruiter's verification. Employers get a short list of people who have already been tested. Candidates get to be seen by many companies without starting over each time.
